Usage of Propolene

Remember, it is important to consult with your physician before starting a weight-loss program to make sure you are physically able to do it, and to ensure that the ingredients in Propolene do not interact with any medications or other natural supplements you already are taking.
Propolene can be taken up to three times a day, before breakfast, lunch and dinner. The maximum dosage is three capsules before each meal, so no one should take more than nine capsules a day. People should not exceed the recommended dosage because the large amount of fiber they would be ingesting could cause gastrointestinal distress.
Capsules should be taken with a full glass of water - at least eight ounces. Taking Propolene without adequate fluid can cause the capsule to swell and block the throat or esophagus and may cause choking.
People trying to lose a few pounds should take one capsule with water before each meal. Those who want to lose a larger amount of weight or who want to lose weight more rapidly can take up to three capsules with water between 30 and 45 minutes before each meal. Taking more capsules per day can result in more rapid weight loss, according to the company.
Taking a multi-vitamin while using Propolene also is recommended.
The company usually provides a 30-day supply in an order, based on a consumer taking three pills a day. If one is taking three capsules twice a day, that supply will last 15 days, and for those taking three capsules three times a day, their supply of capsules only will last ten days.
No dietary changes are necessary while taking Propolene, although the company does agree that eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly are the most effective ways to lose the most weight. Propolene users can consult with the Obesity Research Institute Healthy Living Guide included with their Propolene orders to determine if certain exercises or changes in their eating habits also might improve their weight loss.
